Keith has played in various blues bands in Newcastle Australia in 1990's: ( Steve Russell's Bluespower....Steve backed both Bo Diddley and Chuck Berry on their Aust. tours in the 1980's).
He has performed at various UK & Irish Jazz and Blues Festivals : Marlborough (1995, 2000-3 ), Cork, Monaghan, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Brecon (all 1995 ). Most notably at The Cotton Club, Edinburgh with Australian Guitar virtuoso, Bruce Mathiske who was on a triple bill with Martin Taylor and Bucky & John Piarelli.
He has also been a guest harmonica player at The Basement, Sydney's leading int. music venue for Nigel Kennedy (Easter 2001), as well as with 'Australian Brass Player Of The Year' 1994, Bob McIvor, as a part of 'The Top Brass' (Sydney's leading horn section then), once again backing Mathiske. Also with leading Australian blues band of Newcastle in the 1990's, Well Swung.
Moving to England in 2000, he guested regularly in 2003-4 for Eric Brierley's Yorkshire Post Jazz Band at Hayfield, Derbyshire, with Victor Brox at Moon & Sixpence, Glossop (Xmas Eve 2000) and The Kyla Brox Band ('The Lift' Glossop in 2005 ). and is loving his new band !
